Terms of Service
These terms cover anyone using QuickServe - whether you're a venue running our ordering system, staff using our admin tools, or a customer placing an order through one of our apps. By using QuickServe, you agree to them. QuickServe is operated by QuickServe B.V. (KvK 42170863), Lindepark 75, 1185 LD Amstelveen, the Netherlands.
What QuickServe does
We provide software that lets venues (sports clubs, stadiums, event locations) take orders via QR code, either for delivery to a seat or for pickup at a counter, with payment handled through our integrated payment partners.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you're entering into a purchase agreement with the venue, not with QuickServe directly - we provide the software that makes the transaction possible. Payment is processed securely by Mollie or Rootline; once a payment is confirmed, the order is sent to the venue for fulfillment.
Refunds, order mistakes, or complaints about food/drink quality are the venue's responsibility, since they're the seller. QuickServe can help investigate a technical issue (e.g. a payment that was taken but never reached the venue), but we don't control venue-level refund policy.
Venue responsibilities
If you're a venue using QuickServe, you're responsible for keeping your menu, prices, and item availability accurate, for fulfilling orders customers have paid for, and for your own compliance with food safety, licensing, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to interfere with the ordering system, bypass payment, or use it for anything illegal. Accounts found doing so can be suspended without notice.
Availability
We aim for high uptime and monitor the platform continuously, but we don't guarantee the service will be available every second - especially during a venue's busiest moments, which is exactly when load is highest. We're not liable for lost sales due to downtime, though we take it seriously and work to minimize it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
