Scan a QuickServe QR code at the venue, choose from the menu and pay on your phone. Your phone shows when your order is ready, so you only go to the counter to collect it instead of waiting in line.
Where can I order with QuickServe?
At venues and events that use QuickServe, such as HC Oranje-Rood in Eindhoven. Look for the QuickServe QR codes on site; current and past events are listed on the QuickServe homepage.
How do I pay when ordering with QuickServe?
Securely in your phone's browser, with iDEAL, card or Apple Pay. You pay when you place the order, so collecting it takes seconds.
How long does stadium deployment take?
Most single-venue pilots are live within 2–3 weeks. Multi-venue rollouts are phased over 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.
Do fans need to download an app for QR ordering?
No. QR ordering works entirely through the mobile browser, no app install required.
What payment methods are supported?
iDEAL, card and Apple Pay. Guests pay online in the browser when they place the order, so there is nothing to settle at the counter.
Can we start with just QR ordering at our venue?
Absolutely. You can adopt modules incrementally: start with QR ordering and add analytics and ops tools as you scale.
