One report for the whole event
Right now your event lives in two places and neither one tells the whole story. Your POS knows what was sold at the till. QuickServe knows what was sold from the seats. If you want to understand how the night actually went, someone exports both, opens a spreadsheet on Monday, and tries to line up two formats that were never designed to agree.
QuickServe reporting pulls both into one view, with one set of definitions, so you stop comparing screens and start reading a number.
Your QuickServe numbers
Everything that moves through the platform, broken down the way a venue actually needs it.
Orders and transactions. Revenue and average order value. Revenue and volume by section, by bar, by counter and by bartender. Fulfilment time per counter. Top and bottom selling items. Refunds and cancellations with the reason attached.
Your POS numbers, in the same dashboard
We bring your till data in alongside it.
Where we have a live integration with your POS provider, it streams in during the event. Where we do not yet have one, we ingest your standard export and it lands in the same dashboard, in the same format, just after the fact rather than live. Either route ends in the same place: one view instead of two.
Live during the event, settled after it
During the event this is a running total. What has sold, where, how fast, and which bar is falling behind.
After the event it becomes the record. Total revenue split by channel, how much of the night came through the seats against the counter, which sections spent and which did not, and how all of it compares to your last three fixtures.
That last comparison is the one that changes decisions. Not "we did forty one thousand euro." But "we did forty one thousand euro, twelve thousand three hundred of it from the seats, and the north stand spent forty percent less per head than the south for the third fixture running."
Built to be handed to someone else
Reports export cleanly, so the version your operations manager reads during the week is the same version that goes to your caterer, your board, or your brewery partner. Nobody has to rebuild it in Excel first.
See it running
Fifteen minutes on a screen share is a better explanation than any page. We will run through your venue, your sections and your bars.
